Caramel Onion Bacon Béchamel Tart

This elegant savory tart features caramelized onion, shallot onion, bacon, béchamel and Gruyere cheese to be loaded in our signature savory tart shell.

Note: This whole tart requires ordering at least 48 hours to be pick-up at our Granville Island location.

Baking Instructions: 

  • For Fresh Raw Tarts: Bake at 420 F degrees for 10 minutes first and then at 375 F degrees for another 30 minutes or until golden brown
  • For Frozen Raw Tarts: Bake from frozen at 420 F degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 F degrees for another 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown

Reheating Instructions: 

  • Oven: Bake at 250 F degrees for 20 minutes or until the middle of the tart is warm.
