Baking Instructions (it’s as easy as … pie)

For pies with a top crust: Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for 40 minutes (50-60 minutes if baking from frozen). Take out of the oven when golden brown.

For open face pies: Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for another 40 minutes or until golden brown

For crumble pies: Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for another 40 minutes or until golden brown. If frozen, bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

For quiches: Bake from frozen, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Reheating Instructions

Oven: Wrap entire pie in aluminum foil and bake at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy. We recommend using your oven instead of your microwave for best results – especially for our cream and full-sized pies.
- Microwave: Reheat an individual pie for 1 minute, and a slice for 15-25 seconds.
Storage Instructions:

Regular pies: Can be left in the box in a cool, dry place for up to 6 hours or refrigerated for up to three days. Pies wrapped in plastic wrap and foil inside a freezer bag can be frozen for up to two months.

Pumpkin pies: Best enjoyed the day of pick up.
- Cream and custard pies: Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for up to two days. Do not freeze your cream pies.
