Gluten Friendly Vegan Wild Blueberry Pie (VG)(GF)
These dark little pearls of intense flavour are the perfect blueberries for a pie. Cultivated from a wild mountain strain these blueberries are slightly smaller and feature a sweet and tangy taste. Loaded into our handmade vegan and gluten free pie crust, coated in vegan butter and covered with our handmade vegan and gluten free pie pastry.
Note: This whole pie requires ordering min. 60 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location.
Baking & warming instructions:
>For fresh unbaked whole pie: Bake at 425F for 10 minutes then turn down to 350F and bake for 40~50 minutes. Cool it down for 15 minutes for serving.
>For fresh unbaked individual pie: Bake at 425F for 10 minutes then turn down to 350F and bake for 30~40 minutes. Cool it down for 15 minutes for serving.
>Warming Instructions for the baked pie: Bake at 250F for 20 minutes.
