Christmas themed decorated Croquembouche cream puffs tower is topped on rich and creamy white chocolate cotton cheesecake with a graham pie shell. Our house made Croquembouche (croque-en-bouche) is a French dessert consisting of choux pastry cream puffs and bound with threads of caramel.
Plain version with simple garnishment on the pie is available.
Note: This pie must be ordered min. 60 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location.
Preserving Cream Pies: Cream pies are best enjoyed the day of pick up. However, you can refrigerate cream pies for up to three days.
