Featuring colorful vegetables of yellow zucchini, purple yam, red onion, tarragon, jalapeno, red pepper, tomato, tofu, vegan "Just Egg" and vegan cheese in a house made vegan pie pastry.
Note: This vegan quiche requires ordering min. 48 hours before pick-up at our Granville Island location.
Baking Instructions for a raw pie: Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 375 degrees for 35 minutes (45 minutes if baking from frozen). Take out of the oven when golden brown.
Reheating instructions :
Oven: Wrap the entire pie in aluminum foil and bake it at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until the middle of the pie is warm and the top is crispy.
